Ace Alfa Construction was founded in 2009 with a straightforward aim - to deliver residential construction work in London to a standard most homeowners struggle to find. We started with extensions and renovations and expanded over the years to cover the full range of residential construction: new builds, loft conversions, kitchens, and bathrooms.
In 16 years of operating in London, we have worked across every type of residential property - Victorian terraces, Edwardian semis, post-war estates, period conversions, and modern apartments. We understand what London homeowners need from a construction company: reliability, clear communication, and a team that takes care of the details without needing to be chased.
We are not a large firm that hands your project off to subcontractors and visits once a week. Our site team works directly on every project. One project manager coordinates all trades and keeps you informed throughout. When you work with Ace Alfa, you deal with the same people from your first site visit to your final handover.
Our process
Every project we take on follows the same structured approach, whether it is a bathroom refit or a full new build.
You deal with one project manager from the initial site visit through to handover. They coordinate every trade, every delivery, and every building control inspection. You do not need to manage anyone or chase anyone - that is our job.
We provide a full written quote broken down by trade and stage before a single tool goes on site. No hidden costs, no verbal agreements. If the scope changes during the project, we agree it in writing before proceeding.
Where your project requires planning permission, building regulations approval, party wall agreements, or structural engineering sign-off, we manage it. Most of our clients have never dealt with a planning application before - we handle the process and keep you informed.
Before we consider a project complete, we carry out a full snagging walkthrough with you present. Any items that do not meet our standard are fixed before we hand over. You receive your completion certificate and all relevant paperwork on the day.

We treat every property we work in with respect, protected floors, covered furniture, contained dust, and a tidy site at the end of every working day. We update you on progress regularly without you having to ask.
We are not interested in work that looks good on the day and fails in two years. Every structural element, every installation, and every finish is carried out to a standard we would be comfortable standing behind five years later.

We deliver construction projects across all London boroughs. Our team is London-based and works throughout the city, from Chelsea and Kensington in the west, to Islington and Hackney in the north-east, and Wandsworth and Lambeth in the south. There is no borough we will not travel to and no travel surcharge for any London location.
